Human first
Warm, never clinical. Built for parents at 9:47pm, not for administrators at 9am.
GuideNest was created in Australia for families of neurodivergent children — autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, learning delays and anxiety. We watched parents become the only person holding the full picture: paediatric appointments, therapy notes, school reports, NDIS plans and late-night worries.
Research from Curtin University shows almost 80% of caregivers of neurodivergent children experience poor wellbeing, high stress and poor mental health. A separate NSW study found that 41.7% of parents and carers waiting for neurodevelopmental assessments report elevated anxiety, depression or ADHD symptoms — nearly double the general population. The work of coordinating care is part of that burden.
We believe the answer is not another folder, inbox or spreadsheet. It is one calm, connected place where the whole team around a child can see what matters — without the parent having to carry every update between every provider.
Warm, never clinical. Built for parents at 9:47pm, not for administrators at 9am.
Clinicians, school, therapists, NDIS and family — one shared picture. You stop being the only person who knows the full story.
Briefings, timelines and patterns surface automatically. The mental load stops living in your head.
GuideNest is Australian-hosted and privacy-first. Your data is yours — never sold, never used for advertising. We are building this with families and clinicians across Australia, starting with founding families in Perth and expanding from there.
