Does GuideNest replace my session notes or practice management system?
No. GuideNest helps families organise their child’s information and everyday observations. Your clinical notes, practice management system, billing and professional judgement stay where they are. It supports the conversation; it doesn’t replace your work.
Does this mean more admin or monitoring between sessions?
The focus is on helping families gather context for care conversations, not creating an expectation of continuous monitoring. You and the family agree what to discuss and when. Clinical assessment and formal reporting remain your responsibility.
Will I automatically see everything a family records?
No. GuideNest is a family-held record, not an automatic feed into your practice. Families decide what to bring into the conversation. A demo is a chance to discuss how this could fit your practice and your existing consent processes.
